Paul Greer is an assistant professor of Health and Exercise Science at San Diego City College and has a Master’s degree in Physical Education and 21 years coaching experience. A sub-4 minute miler, he starred on the San Diego State University track team and holds the school record there at 1500 meters. Paul competed in the U.S. Olympic Trials and has a personal best time in the 1500 meters at 3:39.05.

Paul’s workouts cater to runners of all ages and abilities and he provides training schedules to his athletes on an individual basis. He is also the Director for the very successful Rockin N Runnin marathon training program every year.

Track workouts are geared toward popular local races such as the Carlsbad 5000, The Union Tribune 8K and the AFC Half Marathon. Paul’s structured workouts ensure that runners train in groups of equal ability to maximize their athletic potential.

David Kloz is a local distance running enthusiast with over 10 years coaching experience. He was a top rated junior distance runner in the Czech Republic as a teenager and earned All-American honors at Cal State San Marcos while training under the tutelage of the legendary Steve Scott. He holds personal bests of 2:29 in the marathon and 1:06 in the half-marathon, but is best known for consistently being amongst the top runners in local races. His passion for running led him to found the locally competitive BSK/Running Center team with the hope of bringing new vitality to the running and racing community.

David’s workouts accommodate runners of all levels and abilities and he strives to provide training schedules to his athletes on an individual basis with the goal of reaching athletic longevity and fostering a love and passion for the sport of running.

David’s workouts are geared toward popular races from a mile to a marathon. David follows Paul Greer’s ideology of structured workouts to ensure that runners train in groups of equal ability to maximize their athletic potential while enjoying the “experience” and the “gift” of running.
